What is yoga?
The Yoga is an art besides being a science. It is considered a science, because it offers practical methods for controlling body and mind, thereby making deep meditation possible. And it is an art, for unless it is practiced intuitively and sensitively it will yield only superficial results.
Yoga can liberate your soul from the rounds of birth and death. It can also make the union between the soul and the God.

Is yoga a religious and spiritual practice?

Yes, some theories say that as its history, methods, and goal prove.

Is yoga compatible with religion?

For yogis, God in the end is impersonal, a one without a second beyond the one who possesses perfect manners: love, holiness, righteousness, etc. Although both claim that God is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent, they use these terms in different senses.

Does Yoga Have conditions to be practiced?

There are no certain conditions to practice yoga, despite what some sources may imply. You do not have to give up smoking, eating meat, or all your worldly goods
All you need is a yoga mat, instruction on how to do yoga, and some quiet time to do it.

The Yoga asanas (postures) are excellent for centering ourselves, clearing your body, and many other things besides its physical benefits.

The benefits of a regular yoga practice:
• lose some weight
